Cancellation & Refund

Payment Policy

  • All travel packages, including hotels, transfers, and other services, must be paid in full before confirmation.
  • No bookings will be processed or confirmed without receiving full payment.
  • We do not offer any credit, instalment plans, or post-travel payment options.

Refunds

  • Refunds, (if applicable) will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the respective suppliers, with service charges being deducted.
  • We will not be responsible for refunds denied by airlines, hotels, or other third-party vendors.
  • Approved Refunds will be credited within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment after the cancellation request is received in writing.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once payment is made and the booking is confirmed, cancellations may be subject to penalties as per airline, hotel, and service provider policies.
Applicable on-land Package
  • If you want to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
  • No cancellations or changes are allowed after departure.
  • Cancellations are subject to the following charges:
    • If cancelled 30 days before departure, 25% of the amount will be non-refundable.
    • If cancelled 15 days before departure, 50% of the amount will be non-refundable.
    • If cancelled 7 days before departure, 75% of the amount will be non-refundable.
    • If cancelled anywhere between 1 to 6 days before departure, none of the amount will be refundable.
  • Some destinations override the above policy and may have 100% cancellation charges.

Amendments & Liabilities

Amendments to Travel Arrangements:
  • Once services have been confirmed, any request to amend travel arrangements, such as changes to the departure date, accommodation, or itinerary, will be accommodated to the best of our ability. However, amendments may not always be possible.
  • All amendment requests must be submitted in writing by the individual who made the booking.
  • Any costs incurred due to amendments will be borne by the traveller.
Sightseeing Tours & Excursions:
  • All sightseeing tours and excursions are conducted by local service providers.
  • The scheduled timings and days of operation are subject to change. Any alterations will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Sightseeing tours are strictly subject to weather conditions, and local service providers reserve the right to cancel tours without prior notice.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
  • Our company will not be responsible for any disruptions caused by natural phenomena or unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delays or cancellations due to fog, rain, floods, traffic jams, or any other events beyond our control.
Amendment Fees & Processing Time:
  • Any amendments requested may be subject to processing fees, which vary depending on the type of change and the policies of service providers.
  • Processing time for amendments will depend on availability and confirmation from suppliers.
Travel Insurance & Liability:
  • We strongly recommend travellers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen amendments, cancellations, or emergencies.
  • Our company is not liable for any additional costs incurred due to amendments or cancellations beyond our control.
  • Let’s Go Holidays will not be responsible for any natural phenomenon like flight delay/cancellation due to fog/rain, floods, traffic jams, or any such situation beyond our control.
  • During the travel period, any loss or damage caused to the customer shall be the sole responsibility of the customer unless covered by travel insurance.
  • If insured, the insurance company will be solely responsible for any such loss.
  • Let’s Go Holidays shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the customer while travelling, even if we facilitated the insurance purchase.

Payment & Currency Fluctuations

Payment Terms & Currency Fluctuations:
  • All payments for travel arrangements are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Prices quoted at the time of booking are based on the prevailing exchange rates, usually in USD or other major currencies.
  • Any sudden fluctuations in currency rates may impact the package cost, and our company will not be responsible for such variations.
  • In case of significant currency fluctuations, the total cost of the package may be adjusted accordingly.
  • Any additional amount resulting from currency changes will be borne by the traveller.
  • Payments must be made in the designated currency as specified at the time of booking.

Credit Card Payments

Payment Authorization:
  • By making a payment using a credit card, the customer authorizes Let’s Go Holidays to charge the total amount due for the selected travel package.
  • The customer must ensure they have sufficient credit limit and authorization from the card-issuing bank.
Cardholder Verification:
  • The credit card used for payment must belong to the customer or have express authorization from the cardholder.
  • Let’s Go Holidays reserves the right to request additional documentation (such as an ID copy and authorization form) to verify the cardholder’s identity.
Transaction Fees:
  • Customers may be subject to transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by their credit card issuer.
  • Any additional fees levied by the bank will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Payment Processing and Confirmation:
  • Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address once the transaction is successfully processed.
Liability Disclaimer:
  • We shall not be held liable for any loss arising due to unauthorized transactions, declined payments, or delays caused by banking systems.
  • Customers must check their bank statements and report any discrepancies immediately.
Changes to Terms:
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Continued use of credit card payments implies acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
