Welcome to Let’s Go Holidays! By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings. These terms govern all transactions made through Let’s Go Holidays and outline our responsibilities, policies, and customer obligations.

1. Airlines / Airfares Terms & Conditions

  • A service fee of Rs. 500 + GST applies to every flight ticket booked.
  • For international flights, passengers must have a passport with at least six months of validity from the date of travel.
  • Flight tickets will not be booked based on names provided verbally, passport applications, or acknowledgement receipts. A soft copy of a valid ID proof is recommended for verification.
  • Once a ticket is issued, it is non-transferable to any other traveller, including family members.
  • Flight changes, cancellations, reschedules, or delays are subject to the airline’s policies. Any additional costs incurred due to modifications must be borne by the client.
  • Clients requesting voluntary changes to flight bookings must notify us at least:
    • 72 hours before departure for domestic flights.
    • 96 hours before departure for international flights.
  • Cancellation charges imposed by airlines will apply. The service fee charged by Let’s Go Holidays is non-refundable.
  • Economy Class tickets are included in standard packages by default. Premium or Business Class options are available upon request and must be specified in advance.

2. Transportation Vehicle Terms & Conditions

  • The vehicle model or variant may differ from what is specified in the itinerary and vouchers unless explicitly confirmed.
  • The assigned vehicle may change during the tour based on supplier availability.
  • Entry tickets to attractions are not included in the package unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Special amenities like honeymoon decorations, travel insurance, or baby car seats are not provided unless explicitly included in the package.
  • The tour will strictly follow the predefined route; deviations are not permitted.
  • Cab timings must be adhered to strictly. Delays by customers may affect the itinerary and are not the responsibility of Let’s Go Holidays.

3. Hotel Terms & Conditions

  • Final travel documents (hotel vouchers, flight tickets, Transfer, etc.) will be issued only after full payment has been received.
  • Standard hotel check-in time: 14:00 – 15:00 hours
  • Standard hotel check-out time: 11:00 – 12:00 hours
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and discretion. Even if rooms are available, the hotel may charge additional fees.
  • Let’s Go Holidays does not guarantee hotel service quality, amenities, or star ratings.
  • Modifications or cancellations to hotel bookings are subject to hotel policies and our terms.
  • Customers should review hotel ratings, images, and feedback before confirming their bookings.

    4. Important Notes

    • Any rescheduling, cancellations, or amendments are subject to the airline’s policies. Let’s Go Holidays is not responsible for corrections after ticket issuance.
    • Once an itinerary is confirmed and vouchered, no changes or corrections are allowed. Customers should thoroughly review their itinerary before confirmation.
    • Clients are encouraged to check hotel room standards, star ratings, and reviews independently before confirming a package.
    • Travellers must adhere to the timings provided in the Holiday Vouchers. Any delays or no-shows for transfers will not be compensated.
    • Let’s Go Holidays is not liable for cancellations or changes in sightseeing tours or transfers due to public holidays, natural calamities, or unexpected government decisions.
