Cancellation & Refund Policy
- There is no contract between Let’s Go Holidays and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of the specified tour package.
- In case, the customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- The advance amount of 50% is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 15 days of the travel date or in the event of a no-show.
- An advance token amount of 25% is non-refundable in any case.
- In exceptional cases like Instant death, the company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges, and the Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount (Please note: This policy will not be entertained if the cancellation may happen during the tour.)
- The Company reserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economic status of the market as per the Government policy.
- Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
- Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in the form of cash or alternative services.
