Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • There is no contract between Let’s Go Holidays and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of the specified tour package.
  • In case, the customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • The advance amount of 50% is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 15 days of the travel date or in the event of a no-show.
  • An advance token amount of 25% is non-refundable in any case.
  • In exceptional cases like Instant death, the company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges, and the Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount (Please note: This policy will not be entertained if the cancellation may happen during the tour.)
  • The Company reserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economic status of the market as per the Government policy.
  • Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
  • Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in the form of cash or alternative services.

What To Expect

Day 1: Arrival - Kandy (Approx. 4 hrs drive)

Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to Kandy, the cultural heart of Sri Lanka. En route, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can observe rescued elephants bathing and feeding in a natural setting—a truly unforgettable experience. Next, stop at a spice garden in Mawanella to learn about Sri Lanka’s aromatic spices and traditional Ayurvedic remedies, followed by a visit to a gem museum in Kandy, showcasing the island’s renowned precious stones. After checking in to your hotel, unwind before an evening Kandyan cultural dance show, where vibrant costumes and rhythmic drumming bring ancient traditions to life. Cap off the day with a visit to a scenic viewpoint overlooking Kandy before enjoying dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Kandy - Nuwara Eliya (Approx. 3 hrs drive)

After breakfast, embark on a city tour of Kandy, starting with the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, a UNESCO World Heritage Site believed to house Buddha’s tooth. Stroll around Upper Lake Drive and the bustling Market Square, where you can shop for handicrafts, batiks, and souvenirs. Later, journey into the misty hills of Nuwara Eliya, stopping at the majestic Ramboda Waterfalls and a tea factory to witness Ceylon tea production firsthand. Visit the Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple, a serene hilltop shrine with panoramic views, before arriving in Nuwara Eliya, fondly called “Little England” for its colonial charm. Explore the lush Victoria Park and tranquil Gregory Lake, perfect for a leisurely boat ride. Dinner and overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 3: Nuwara Eliya - Bentota (Approx. 5.5 hrs drive)

Begin the day with a visit to the Seetha Amman Temple, a sacred site linked to the Ramayana epic, followed by a walk through the enchanting Hakgala Botanical Gardens, believed to be the mythical Ashok Vatika. As you descend to the coast, stop in Kitulgala for optional white-water rafting (USD 15) on the Kelani River, an exhilarating adventure amid stunning scenery. Continue to Bentota, a tropical beach paradise, where you’ll check in to your hotel and relax. Enjoy a leisurely evening by the shore, with dinner and an overnight stay in Bentota.

Day 4: Galle & Bentota Exploration

After breakfast, head to the historic Galle Fort, a UNESCO-listed Dutch colonial gem with cobblestone streets, boutique shops, and ocean views. Next, embark on a Madu River boat safari, gliding through mangrove forests teeming with birds, reptiles, and lush vegetation. Visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery to learn about conservation efforts for endangered sea turtles. Day 5: Bentota - Colombo - Departure (Approx. 3.5 hrs drive)

After breakfast, travel to Colombo for a city tour, exploring highlights like Galle Face Green, the Independence Square, and the vibrant Pettah Market. Enjoy some last-minute shopping at popular malls like ODEL or Crescat Boulevard for souvenirs, clothing, and gems.
