  • Expenses arising due to route changes, rescheduling, accommodation adjustments, or force majeure situations (e.g. landslides, strikes, weather, etc.)

  • Optional sightseeing such as Neelkanth Mahadev, Lakhamandal, Triyuginarayan, Ukhimath, Kalimath, Chopta, Auli, etc.

  • Entry tickets, VIP Darshan passes, or any other temple-specific charges not included in the main itinerary

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • There is no contract between Let’s Go Holidays and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of the specified tour package.
  • In case, the customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • The advance amount of 50% is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 15 days of the travel date or in the event of a no-show.
  • An advance token amount of 25% is non-refundable in any case.
  • In exceptional cases like Instant death, the company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges, and the Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount (Please note: This policy will not be entertained if the cancellation may happen during the tour.)
  • The Company reserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economic status of the market as per the Government policy.
  • Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
  • Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in the form of cash or alternative services.

What To Expect

Day 1: Dehradun/Haridwar/Rishikesh – Barkot (180 km | 5–6 hrs)

Pickup from Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun railway station. Drive to Barkot, en route visit the scenic Kempty Falls and drive past outer Mussoorie. On arrival in Barkot, check-in at the hotel. After freshening up, enjoy dinner. Overnight stay at Barkot.

Day 2: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (36 km drive + 6 km trek each way)

Early morning, drive to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti. Begin a 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple (horses, ponies, or dolis available at personal cost).

At Yamunotri:

  • Perform Darshan and Pooja at Divya Shila
  • Take a holy dip in Jamunabai Kund
  • Cook rice as “Prasad” in the temple’s natural hot spring
  • After Darshan, return to Jankichatti and drive back to Barkot. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Barkot – Uttarkashi (100 km | 4 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival, visit Vishwanath Temple and other local temples. Check-in at the hotel and relax. Dinner and overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 4: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km each way | 3–4 hrs)

After early breakfast, depart for Gangotri Temple (3048 meters). En route, enjoy scenic views of Harsil Valley, the Bhagirathi River, and the majestic Himalayas. After Darshan, return to Uttarkashi. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (220 km | 8–9 hrs)

Early morning, drive straight to Guptkashi. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 6: Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Gaurikund – Kedarnath (30 km drive + 14 km trek)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Sonprayag. From there, take local transport (at your own cost) to Gaurikund. Begin a 14 km trek to Kedarnath Temple (ponies, palkis, or dolis available at personal cost).
On arrival, check-in at the hotel in Kedarnath (Note: Dinner not included in Kedarnath stay). Overnight stay near the temple.

Day 7: Kedarnath – Guptkashi (14 km trek + 30 km drive)

Early morning, perform Darshan at Kedarnath Temple. Afterward, trek down to Gaurikund and drive back to Guptkashi via Sonprayag. Check-in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Guptkashi – Joshimath – Badrinath (218 km | 7–8 hrs)

Post breakfast, check out and proceed to Badrinath via Joshimath, visiting the sacred Narsingh Dev Temple en route. On arrival in Badrinath, check-in at the hotel. After refreshment, visit Badrivishal Temple. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Badrinath – Panch Prayag – Rudraprayag (155 km | 5–6 hrs)

Early morning, take a holy bath in Tapt Kund and perform Darshan at Badrivishal Temple. Also visit Brahmakapal, where devotees perform Pind Daan rituals for ancestors.
After breakfast, check out and drive to Rudraprayag, en route visiting Panch Prayag (confluences of five sacred rivers). Check-in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Rudraprayag.

Day 10: Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Drop at Haridwar/Rishikesh/Dehradun (130 km | 3–4 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Rishikesh. Visit the spiritual highlights including Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and Parmarth Niketan. Later, drop at Haridwar/Rishikesh/Dehradun railway station. End of a blessed journey!

  • The Yatra usually starts in May and continues till October. The best time to visit is from May to June and mid-September to October, avoiding peak monsoon months due to landslide risks.

  • No, flights/Trains are not included in the package. The package starts from Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun. However, we can assist you in booking domestic flights to Dehradun (Jolly Grant Airport) or nearby airports on request.

  • Yes! Daily breakfast & dinner are provided at the hotels.Lunch can be arranged at local restaurants (at your own expense).
