Cancellation & Refund Policy

There is no contract between Let’s Go Holidays and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of the specified tour package.
In case, the customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in writing.
The advance amount of 50% is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 15 days of the travel date or in the event of a no-show.
An advance token amount of 25% is non-refundable in any case.
In exceptional cases like Instant death, the company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges, and the Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount (Please note: This policy will not be entertained if the cancellation may happen during the tour.)
The Company reserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economic status of the market as per the Government policy.
Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in the form of cash or alternative services.

What To Expect

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival & Cultural Exploration

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi’s vibrant city center. After check-in (available from 2 PM), embark on a half-day tour of the capital’s highlights. Visit Ba Dinh Square, the political heart of Vietnam, and explore the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where you’ll see the One Pillar Pagoda and the revered leader’s stilt house (exterior view only). Next, experience the thrill of Hanoi’s famous Train Street, sipping coffee at a trackside café as trains rumble past. The tour concludes with free time to wander the charming Old Quarter, known for its bustling markets and colonial architecture. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Ninh Binh Excursion – Trang An's Natural Beauty

After breakfast, depart for Ninh Binh, a scenic 2.5-hour drive through rural landscapes. Arrive at Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its dramatic limestone karsts and winding waterways. Board a traditional sampan boat for a serene journey through caves like Sang (Light) and Toi (Dark), marveling at the emerald waters and lush scenery that once featured in Kong: Skull Island. Return to Hanoi by evening, where you’ll have time to relax or explore at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Halong Bay Overnight Cruise – A Natural Wonder

Travel east to Halong Bay, a UNESCO-listed gem, where you’ll board a traditional junk boat for an unforgettable cruise. Savor a fresh seafood lunch as you glide past towering limestone formations rising from turquoise waters. Spend the afternoon swimming at secluded beaches, kayaking through hidden lagoons (weather permitting), or simply soaking in the bay’s tranquility. As dusk falls, enjoy a delicious dinner onboard, surrounded by the bay’s magical ambiance. Overnight on the cruise.

Day 4: Halong Bay Morning & Departure

Awaken to the gentle lapping of waves and join a refreshing Tai Chi session on the sundeck (optional). After a light breakfast, continue cruising to quieter corners of the bay for a final swim or kayak adventure. A hearty brunch is served as you sail back to the harbor, followed by a transfer to Noi Bai Airport for your onward journey, concluding your Northern Vietnam adventure.
